The St. Louis County Family Service Collaboratives have been in existence since 1994, consisting of people and agencies working

together to provide integrated delivery of prevention and early intervention services to children and families in St. Louis County. Our purpose is to support partnerships both regionally and locally that promote and support Healthy Families.

There are two Family Service Collaboratives in St. Louis County:

• Southern St. Louis County Family Service Collaborative serving the Duluth, Proctor and Hermantown area
•  Northern St. Louis County Family Service Collaborative serving the remainder of St. Louis County
